Cerrado

Cerrado is huge when it comes to specialty coffees.

Almost three times the size of Texas. It is a mixture of savanna, woodlands and forest with very high biodiversity.

At altitudes ranging from 840 to 1,140 meters, a unique terroir region produces some of the best coffees in Brazil due to its well-defined climatic seasons, uniform maturation and plenty of sunlight during harvest time.

Matas De Minas

The Brazilian Atlantic Forest in eastern Minas Gerais is home to one of Brazil’s most traditional growing regions, where small-holder coffee and dairy farms paint the mountainsides and valleys.

From the mid-19th to the early 20th century, when Brazilian coffee went from being a minor crop to 40 percent of the world’s supply, Matas de Minas region contributed to that growth.

Alta Mogiana

Alta Mogiana is a region in the northern part of the state of Sao Paulo. This lovely paradise is a filled with history and romance .The region’s farms lie on the sides of the mountains in Sul de Minas known for their delicate coffees.

Alta Mongiana Yellow bourbon has experienced major recognition from coffee buyers in part for its distinct, high-quality flavor attributes, and a collective obsession for this unique bourbon varietal that is the pride of Brazil.
